Establishment Branch (Teaching)

The Chaudhary Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani, is a state university established by Govt. of Haryana Act. No. 25 of 2014. The establishment branch (Teaching) has been working in the university and discharging the duties under the kind control of the Vice-Chancellor and Registrar. 

• There are total 109 sanctioned teaching posts out of which there are 17 Professors, 29 Associate Professors and 63 Assistant Professors. 
• At present, there are total 23 regular (2 Professor, 04 Associate Professor and 17 Assistant Professor) teaching faculties, 01 Associate Professor on deputation basis, 01 Professor on contract against vacant post, 01 Assistant Professor on contract against vacant post have been working in the university.
• To enhance the quality of education there are also 50 Assistant Professors on contract on consolidated salary, 01 Academic Coordinator, 52 Guest Faculties on per lecture basis and 3 Retired contract faculties on fixed remuneration have been working in this university.
• The recruitment for various teaching posts is under pipeline. 
• This branch is functioning the duties like all establishment matters relating to teaching staff of the university, to deal with the personal files, service book, recruitment, to deal with promotion under Career Advancement Scheme, RTI applications, court cases, CM/PM window grievances, any kind of leave related to teaching faculty.
• Any other work related to establishment of the teaching staff assigned by the higher authorities from time to time.
