Swami Vivekananda Vyaktitva Vikas Kendra was Initially established as Human Resource Development Centre by the approval of the Academic Council in its 5th meeting held on 22.04.2021 and after deep thought process it got its current name “Swami Vivekananda Vyaktitva Vikas Kendra” as suggested by  Hon’able Vice-Chancellor,CBLU, Bhiwani.

1. Vision: -   To enhance the working skill of the University employee through various character, skill, mind development programs further devoting to the welfare of the society.
2. Objectives: -   The objectives of this Kendra have their foundations in the teachings of the great hindu philosopher Swami Vivekananda. His teachings and philosophy are a reinterpretation and synthesis of various strands of Hindu thought, most notably classical yoga and (Advanta) Vedanta, with western esotericism and Universalism. He blended religion with nationalism, and applied this reinterpretation to various aspects of education, faith, character building as well as social issues pertaining to India. In similar context the University represents a small world where various employees do their duty regardless of their Age, Gender, Caste towards the constant welfare of the society. The Kendra organizes various types of Programs which helps to boost working capabilities, aptitudes, attitudes and working skills of the employees so that the University could help the society in moving forward through the pillar of education and sports.

Core members: -  Under the vision of  Hon’able Vice-Chancellor, CBLU, Bhiwani the work of carrying out various activities of this centre was assigned to the following laborious employees who work their fingers to bone so that maximum benefit can be derived from various programs: -

• Motivational Lecture on” Developing Self Competences and work Culture in University” Human Resource Development Cell, Chaudhary Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani organized a motivational lecture on the topic of “Developing Self competences and work culture in University” on 08.10.2020 at 02:00 PM in the Auditorium of University, CBLU, Bhiwani.

• Training Session on “Performance Enhancement for Employees” was organized from 27.09.2021 to 01.10.2021 under the guidance of Sh. Jeetender Kumar P. I & Young Innovator/ Professional, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Innovation and Incubation Center, Under Rusa 2.0 Ministry of Education Govt. of India. The Schedule of the training session of employees in various Departments & Branches was as under: -

• One-week workshop on “Research Methodology” was organized from 22 to 26 November,2021.
