  3. University Counter (Using POS Machine Only)

Applicants should read the instructions and the guidelines given on the portal carefully before filling each field of the application form. He/She should supply all the required details while filling up the online registration form.

Guidelines for Filling up On-Line Application 

Prepare Your Self
  1. Read the Eligibility criteria, Course Fees, Application Fees carefully before starting the process of On-line application.

  2. Mode of Admission will be on the Merit of Education. Read Admission Notice for Eligibility criteria and scheme of Entrance Test

Items Must be ready with you before filling up Application

  •  Scanned copy of your latest Passport Size Photo (*.jpg with Max size of 50 KB).
  •  Scanned image of your Signature (*.jpg with Max size of 50 KB).
  •  Details of 10th, 12th/Diploma, Under graduate.
  • Details of ID proof to be filled in the application form.
  • Details of Aadhaar Card Number (Mandatory)


Instructions to Fill Up The Application Form
  1. Fill each column carefully. Asterisk -marked (*) fields are mandatory.
  2. Choose course in which you want to take admission.
  3. Your name must be according to 10th mark sheet.
  4.  Select the appropriate Name of Course from the drop down menu.
  5.  Enter your “Address Details” carefully. The University may use this information to contact you for any further information. The University will not be responsible for mis-delivery of information due to mistake in “Address Details” including Mobile No. filled by the applicant.
  6. If your result of qualifying exam is still awaited, check “Appeared ” box under “Educational Qualification”.
  7. To upload photo, click on “Browse Image” against the photo link and select photo from your computer and then click on “Upload Image” to upload the same.
  8.  To upload signature, click on “Browse signature” against the signature link and select the scanned signature from your computer and then click on “Upload Image” to upload the same.
  9. Photograph and Signature should be clear. Otherwise your candidature will be cancelled.
Instructions for Further Process
  1. Keep safe the auto generated Registration No. after completing the  step-1 (On-line Registration). This Registration Number will be required during Step-2 (Fee Payment).
  2. After completing  step-1(On-Line registration) you can see the preview of form , where you can go for editing form by clicking on Edit and then save.
  3. Do not take print out of preview of Application form. Print out will be taken after filling the Fee details.
  4. Fill the Registration No. carefully during  Step-2 and then proceed for Payment.
  5. You can make the payment through Net BankingDebit/Credit card or by paying at University Counter using POS machines.
  6. After Payment fill all the details regarding Fee Payment in  Step-3 (Fill Fee details).
  7. Finally take the Print out of e-generated form and Receipt.
  8. Applicants must download the admit card from the University website.
  9. Admit card along with Centre name and Roll No. will be available on University Website one week before the entrance examination.

After Step-2 Auto generated Online Fee receipt
After Step-3  Print out of Form

*Keep all the e-generated items along with you to complete the whole Process and for future use also.

*Applicants be careful while filling the Registration No. in step-2 Fee payment  as the Registration No. which you fill during Fee Payment, will be considered as your final registration no.

Please submit hard copy of Application Form along with Fee Receipt  and relevants documents in the office of The Dean, Physical Sciences, Room No- 112, Main Building, Chaudhary Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani upto 16th July, 2018
