Important Note: 1. Don't refresh the Online Application Form at any stage.

                            2. Don't press Back button on the browser at any stage.

                                        3. Don't press F5 key on any stage of the Online Application Form

                                        4. Please try to fill the complete application form in 15 minutes.

Applicants should read the instructions and the guidelines given on the portal carefully before filling each field of the application form. He/She should supply all the required details while filling up the online registration form.

Guidelines for Filling up On-Line Application 


Prepare Your Self
  1. Read the Eligibility criteria, Application Fees carefully before starting the process of On-line application.

  2. Candidates can apply for more than one post as per their qualifications. Candidates applying for more than one post should apply separately for each post. Application fee is also required to be paid separately for each posts.

  3. Candidates are advised to fill their details such as Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Category and Qualification etc. in the application form carefully. After final submission of application form, no change will be allowed. Candidate will be responsible for any mistake in the application form and fees paid by him/her. No request for change of any particular in the online application form shall be entertained by the University in this regard.

  4. After applying online, registration no. will be generated. Take print out of registration no. for future reference of your application status and for reprinting of your online filled application form and payment receipt.

  5. After successful submission of application candidates can take print out of application form and payment receipt. The hard copy of application form along-with all required/uploaded documents must be brought at the time of verification/scrutiny.

  6. No offline application form or copy of downloaded application form will be accepted by the University. 

Items Must be ready with you before filling up Application Form

  •  Scanned copy of your recent Passport Size Photograph preferably with white background scanned in JPEG format.
  • File size of the photograph should be between 20kb-50kb.
  • Signature (in Black ink) against white background scanned in JPEG format. Candidates must ensure that the signatures are identical throughout the recruitment process at all stages and/or places. If any variation is found between the signatures, the candidature is liable to be cancelled. File size of the signature should be between 20kb-30kb.
  • THUMB IMPRESSION: Thumb Impression (Right hand for Female and Left hand for Male/Transgender) in blue ink against white background scanned in JPEG format. File size of thumb impression should be between 10kb-20kb.
  • Valid Email Id and Mobile No.
  • Scanned Copy of Certificates/Documents related to Qualification, Category, Domicile (as applicable), Undertaking (Annexure-III), Socio-economic criteria in JPEG format. File size should be between 50kb-100kb.
Instructions to Fill Up The Application Form
  1. Fill each column carefully. Asterisk -marked (*) fields are mandatory.
  2. Enter your “Address Details” carefully. The University may use this information to contact you for any further information. The University will not be responsible for mis-delivery of information due to mistake in “Address Details” including Mobile No. filled by the applicant.
  3. Application Form is divided into six parts: Post Details, Personal Details, Address Details, Educational Details, Experience Details and Document Upload.
  4. Photograph and Signature should be clear. Otherwise your candidature will be cancelled.
Instructions for Further Process
  1. Keep safe the auto generated Application No./Registration No. after completing the  step-1 (On-line Registration). This Application No./Registration No. will be required during Step-2 (Fee Payment).
  2. After completing  step-1(On-Line registration) you can see the preview of form , where you can go for editing form by clicking on Edit Application Form.
  3. Do not take print out of preview of Application form. Print out will be taken after filling the Fee details.
  4. Fill the Application No./Registration No. carefully during Step-2 and then proceed for Application Fee Payment.
  5. You can make the payment through Net BankingDebit/Credit card.
  6. After Payment update the fee details regarding Fee Payment in  Step-3 (Update Fee details).
  7. Finally take the Print out of Application form and Application Fee Receipt.

After Step-1 Application No./Registration No.
After Step-2 Online Fee receipt
After Step-3  Print out of Application Form

*Keep all the e-generated items along with you to complete the whole Process and for future use also.

*Applicants be careful while filling the Details in Application Fee payment step as the Application No. which you fill during Fee Payment, will be considered as your final Application no.
